2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which Apartaments La Peguera collects, processes and protects the personal data provided to it through the www.lapeguera.com website, as well as data on the User’s connection and browsing on the website (hereinafter, “browsing”) and any other data that may be provided in the future to Apartaments La Peguera through the Accommodation Contract or any other available means.

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple manner, to facilitate its understanding, and freely and voluntarily determine whether he/she wishes to provide his/her personal data, or those of third parties, to Apartaments La Peguera.

3. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THE DATA.

In the event that the User provides third-party data, he/she declares to have the consent of the third party and undertakes to provide the interested party, owner of such data, with the information in this Privacy Policy, releasing Apartaments La Peguera from any liability in this regard. However, Apartaments La Peguera may carry out the necessary verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

6. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

Data processing necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes that requires the consent of the User to be carried out will not be performed without the consent of the User.
