General Information:

If you have to cancel your booking with us, this is our cancellation policy: CANCELLATION CONDITIONS In the event of canceling a booking, our policy is as follows:
  • 7 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
  • In case of a no-show, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
  • If the booking is for a NON-REFUNDABLE offer, no change or refund is possible.
Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Check-in time in the apartments is from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Management reserves the right to advance or delay the check-in time depending on occupancy and unforeseen events that may arise.

Check-out time is 10 a.m. but, subject to subsequent bookings, this may be extended upon request and with a “late check-out” supplement.

In the apartments at the Park entrance, keys should be left in a small box on the reception desk.

In the apartments in the village of Barruera, keys should be left on the dining room table.

Important Things:

Leave the windows open so that the apartment can be ventilated.

Leave garbage in the green waste bins located on the public streets.

Do not leave any leftover food or drink in the apartment.

Leave the dishes and the kitchen clean.

Leave used towels and linen in the bathroom (inside the shower).

Visits from people who are not staying in the apartments are not allowed.

La Peguera offers its accommodation under the General Conditions and Rules of Rental, therefore, tenants have the same responsibilities as in their own home. Thus, on the check-out day, the kitchen and dishes should be left clean and tidy.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments, but not in all of them. You should always communicate at the time of booking if you will be traveling with pets, since they are not permitted in some of the accommodation. Our conditions for allowing pets are:

  • 1 dog per apartment.
  • Breed or mixture of breeds that are not considered dangerous.
  • Older than 1 year.
  • Vaccinated and dewormed, with up-to-date records.
  • Medium or small size.
  • The pet may not be left alone in the apartment at any time.
  • Dogs must always be led “by means of a chain and a leash that allows them to be kept under control”, both in public and private spaces of common use. That is to say, they should not be off the leash in the street or in the entrance to the building.
  • There is a supplement per dog depending on the number of nights.

Yes, sheets and towels are included in the price.

The coffee maker is an Italian stovetop percolator. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary crockery and cutlery according to the capacity of each apartment.

All apartments are heated and heating is included in the price, except during the summer months.
