To complete the booking of an apartment, the client must pay 30% of the total amount of the stay in advance by credit or debit card.
Prices may vary up to the time that the booking is confirmed. Any change in price will be duly informed. No modification will be made to the prices once the booking is confirmed, as long as the initial conditions are maintained.
Payment by credit card will be made through the secure payment gateway of the Banco de Sabadell credit institution via the REDSYS payment gateway. You must enter your credit card information and accept the transaction, and the booking will be confirmed upon payment.
At the time of booking, the Client undertakes to read the conditions and rules of rental and the booking and cancellation conditions, and the payment of the booking and the total length of the stay purchased is a sign of acceptance of these conditions and of the rules of the internal regime and security measures of Apartaments La Peguera.
For the apartments located at the entrance to the PARK, the remaining payment plus the tourist tax will be paid at the reception desk upon arrival or one day before arrival. The remaining balance consists of the following amount:
Remaining 70% of the booking + Tourist tax + €120 Deposit.
For the apartments located in the village of BARRUERA, the remaining payment will be requested 1 or 2 DAYS BEFORE your arrival. A link to access the Banco de Sabadell payment gateway and make the payment for the rest of the booking will be sent to the email and phone number provided by you. This is a secure payment that you will make directly via the Banco de Sabadell’s REDSYS payment gateway and the link expires 24 hours after sending. The remaining balance consists of the following amount:
Remaining 70% of the booking + Tourist tax + €120 Deposit.
If you do not pay the balance two days before your arrival, you will need to go to the reception desk at the entrance of the park on the day of arrival and make the payment.
A €120 deposit per apartment per stay is requested as a guarantee for any possible damage or the final state of cleanliness of the accommodation. This deposit will be returned two days after departure, after the apartment has been properly checked by the staff of La Peguera Apartments.
The accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was found, with kitchen utensils cleaned and put away, and the garbage taken out and left in the designated waste bins. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct €50 from the deposit.
The maximum capacity indicated for each apartment may not be exceeded.
Check-in time in the apartments is from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Management reserves the right to advance or delay the check-in time depending on occupancy and unforeseen events that may arise.
Check-out time is 10 a.m. but, subject to subsequent bookings, this may be extended upon request and with a “late check-out” supplement.
Prices include VAT.
The price of the accommodation includes sheets, towels, and heating up to 23ºC, except in summer when heating is not included.
If you would like heating in summer, a supplement of €15 per day will be charged.
The tax on stays in tourist establishments of Catalonia (DOGC Nº.6094, 3-23-2012, and LAW 5/2017, of March 28, 2017) is not included in the price. The rate is *€1.10 per person per day, with a limit of 7 days’ stay per person. Children are subject to the tax from the age of 17.
In the event of canceling a booking, our policy is as follows:
In the event of cancellation or changes to the booking, there will be a €5 management fee. Changes received 7 days or less in advance will not be accepted.
Any requests or changes related to the booking must be requested in writing to info@lapeguera.com. Management will decide whether to accept them and will duly notify guests of the relevant decision. We do not guarantee that all change requests will be accepted.
