GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS.

 PRICES

 

  • Prices per apartment including VAT as currently applicable. In case of any change in VAT rates, prices shall be subject to modification.
  • Not included in apartment price: € 0.50 City tax per person per night.
  • The minimum stay at the apartments is two nights.
  • Prices include sleeping in furnished apartment fully equipped and WIFI
  • The price change depending on the number of people occupying the apartment per night.
  • The price includes accommodation in a defined number of people that It is indicated when you made the booking.
  • Ask about supplements. Price 18 euros per night and person from 10 years are paid were paid. From 3 to 9 years, the price is € 9 per night and children.

 

  • In apartments with gas heating, up to 10 kg/day of gas, and up to 4 kw/day of electricity is included in the price. Any consumption in excess of these figures must be paid for.

 

  • In apartments with electric heating, electricity consumption up to 40 kw/day is included in the price. Any consumption in excess of this figure must be paid for.

 

  • Excess consumption will be billed according to current prices. To avoid any problems, the meters are checked in the company of the management on arrival and departure.

 

  • In the summer (June, July and August), electricity and gas are included in the price.

 

 

  1. RESERVATIONS
  • Reservations are confirmed by payment of 30% of the total for the apartment into the bank account of Apartaments La Peguera (please phone the mobile on 629 96 88 60). No booking will be considered firm until this deposit is paid. The remaining sum is to be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival; otherwise, it may be paid together with the deposit when you collect the keys. (No cheques or credit cards accepted).

 

  1. CANCELLATIONS
  • Cancellation charges shall be as follows:

 

En el caso de anulación de la reserva o de no presentarse el día indicado, La Peguera considerará como propio el depósito hecho, en concepto de daños y perjuicios. Cuando se produce la anulación de una reserva se hará la devolución del depósito con las indemnizaciones que resulten de aplicar los siguientes porcentajes al importe del depósito exigido:

 

  1. 10% Si la cancelación se efectúa con 7 días de antelación.

 

  1. 30% Si la cancelación se efectúa entre 6 y 4 días de antelación.

 

  1. 60% Si la cancelación se efectúa entre 3 y 2 días de antelación.

 

  1. 100% Si la cancelación se efectúa con menos de 2 días de antelación o no se presentan sea cual sea la causa.

 

 

  1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN
  • It may sometimes be possible to provide cots, baths and seats for infants up to two years of age, not included in the price.
  1. IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING THE APARTMENTS

 

 

  • A cash deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival before moving into the apartment, to be returned on departure after an inspection of the apartment, to cover any possible damage or mess caused by the client during their stay.

 

  • Keys are handed over at the apartments themselves before 10 pm. Should you be unable to arrive before this time, please phone the mobile on 629 96 88 60

 

  • Check-in time at the apartments is from 5 pm to 10 pm. Premises must be vacated by 10 am.

 

  • Any discrepancy noted by the client should be made known to the company immediately, as no claims can be considered after the end of your stay.

 

  • The client is wholly and exclusively responsible for stating accurately the number of persons who will be staying in the apartment, not forgetting children and infants whatever their age. The management may deny entry to any persons not listed, with no right of compensation on the part of the client.

 

  • The management should be informed of the visit of any family or friends to the apartment; otherwise, any person who is not a client may be denied access. Visitors should leave the apartments before 11 pm, to ensure the peace and quiet of the other clients.

 

  • The apartments are handed over clean and provided with linen, crockery and glassware according to the capacity.

 

  • In some cases it may be possible to supply extra beds if the client so requests, which are not included in the price.

 

  • Bedroom and bathroom linen will be replaced weekly at no extra charge. A change of linen may be requested earlier than seven days at a cost of 5 euros per person, VAT included.

 

  • The client is responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay. The apartment, including the cooker, kitchen and crockery, must be left clean on the day of departure. Otherwise, a fee of 20 euros shall be payable.

A cleaning service is available at a cost of  12 euros/ hour, VAT included.

 

  • For your greater security, lock windows and doors when leaving the apartments.

 

  • To avoid damage to shutters, attach them to the hooks on the wall.

 

  • No pets are generally allowed. Please ask for details. Should any pet be permitted, it must have a rabies vaccination certificate.

 

  • We reserve the right of admission and the right to visit the apartment you are staying in whenever circumstances should require.

 

We recommend that you respect these regulations in order to avoid any inconvenienc
